How does someone submit feedback?
Add the Feedback widget to your product or use the browser extension. The reporter captures the current page, marks the issue and adds a short description.
What gets attached to a report?
The report can include an annotated screenshot, browser and page details, diagnostics, uploaded files and session replay, according to the project's configuration.
Can I manage more than one project?
Yes. One Feedback Reporter workspace can hold multiple projects with their own settings, access, widget and usage.
Does it work with Facio Platform?
Yes. Connected Facio customers see the same projects and reports in both interfaces. FacioMGA plans include one feedback project for the MGA organization.
Can I cancel during the trial?
